Junior & Youth As part of joining a junior and youth team at Grammar Windsor, you are given the opportunity to be a  member of team playing a fun and enjoyable sport. Each team, during the season, has both weekly  training as well as plays weekly in the Auckland Hockey competition. Training is held at the Auckland  Grammar School hockey turf at Normanby Road, Mt Eden. Games are at various venues on hockey  turfs in the Auckland area. Trials for 2012 youth teams will be held on Wednesday the 7th of March at the Grammar Turf, starting  at 6pm (registrations from 5.30pm)    Please arrive slightly early to your respective trials to allow time to register.  Generally the season starts with a  Junior & Youth Muster in late  March.   Note: Registration for teams will  occur before the muster. Coaches and Managers  Grammar Windsor is run by  volunteers. Parent and volunteer  participation is an essential part of  the club and is required to ensure  a successful season and  successful club. Please consider  how you, or others you know, may  be able to help.   Uniforms and Equipment   Players will be supplied with a  uniform at the start of the season.  Each player is expected to provide  their own hockey stick, shin  guards, mouth guard and a pair of  white socks. Registration for Junior teams takes  place in February or March prior to  the season start. We will provide  details of the process for  registration prior to this time.
